In accordance with our developmental strategy we have set up our own production of bakery machines in the beginning of 2004. Also here our main goal is quality. In several years of development we produce moulding machines, conical rounders, intermediate provers and other machines, which can be compared with most quality world bakery machines.

The dough moulder OBLIK 1 is a universal and robust machine, designed for longitudinal moulding of wheaten and mixed rye-wheaten doughs. It is manufactured in accordance with the valid CE standards.

The OBLIK2 dough moulder is a universal and robust machine designed for longitudinal moulding of wheaten and mixed ryewheaten doughs. It is manufactured in accordance with the valid CE standards.

Conical Rounder KONIK 1

Conical rounder is ideal for rounding both soft and medium doughs. Rounding is reached by rotating cone, which is rotating dough along a concave spiral-shaped way and produces a spherical shape of dough.

Cylindrical Conical Rounder KONIK 2

The cylindrical conical rounder is ideal for rounding both soft and medium doughs. Rounding is achieved by a rotating cone, which rotates the dough along concave channels to produce roundly shaped dough.

Intermediate prover IK 1

The intermediate prover is intended for resting of previously rounded pieces of dough, weighing maximum 1200 g. It is filled over entrance funnel. The filling is controlled by the photocell.

Intermediate prover IK 2

The intermediate prover IK2 is made for higher capacity up to 3000 pc/h. Is possible to chose two different way of work, step by step or continual. IK2 have double enter conveyor and double exit or eight exit if is continual work and one or two exit belts.

Cup elevator TEK 1600 is an elevator to transfer dough directly from a rounder into a moulder type OBLIK 1. The machine is designed to be used for lifting dough substances from a lower level up to the in-feed hopper on a long moulder.

Feeding hopper Palk

The feeding hooper is a machine for feeding pices of dough into the divider. This machine is indispensable for correct work of divider.
